Job Title: Dental Administrative Assistant

Our business is seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic team member to provide administrative support to our management team in a casual position with opportunities for growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative assistance to the management team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, coordinating meetings, preparing reports, presentations, and other business documents.
  • Maintain and organize office files and records, ensuring information is readily accessible.
  • Support the coordination of office supplies and equipment, ensuring a well-stocked and efficient work environment.
  • Liaise with external stakeholders, such as clients and suppliers, as needed.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required to support the management team.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or assistant role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and customer-focused approach.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Attention to detail and a demonstrated ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
