About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Talent Management Professional to lead our talent management efforts in the ANZ region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.

This role will require you to work closely with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and develop recruitment strategies that meet those needs. You will also be responsible for managing external relationships with Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) providers and ensuring high-quality recruitment outcomes.

As a Strategic Talent Management Professional, you will be expected to have a deep understanding of global talent markets and cultural nuances impacting talent acquisition. You will also need to possess strong analytical skills, data-driven decision-making capabilities, and project management expertise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic talent management plans to meet business needs
  • Manage external RPO providers to ensure high-quality recruitment outcomes
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop recruitment strategies
  • Provide thought leadership on talent management best practices and emerging trends
  • Lead change management projects to drive organizational transformation
Requirements
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition and management or a related field
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills and ability to build influence with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making capabilities
  • Project management expertise and experience leading global projects
  • Understanding of global talent markets and cultural nuances impacting talent acquisition
