We are seeking a seasoned professional to provide critical Asset Integrity & Maintenance advice to clients from both strategic and front-line perspectives.

This role involves being an integral part of a high-performing team of integrity and maintenance professionals executing jobs of varying sizes and complexity.

Key responsibilities include Risk Based Inspection Assessments, Anomaly Assessments and Analysis, Defect Assessment, Fitness for Service Calculations and Modelling, Failure Investigations, Developing maintenance and asset integrity programmes and plans, Asset Integrity Management Systems benchmarking and audits.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • A degree in Mechanical, Material or Corrosion Engineering.
  • Between 5- and 10-years work experience preferably within an integrity function in a hydrocarbons or chemical environment.
  • Familiarity with Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) interface such as SAP and workflow.
  • Understanding of local and international standards covering the management of pressure equipment.
  • An understanding of computerised integrity management software / databases.
  • Exposure to risk management and process safety concepts.
  • Understanding and capable of performing FFS and RBI assessment.
  • Review inspection reports and provide repair recommendation if required. Assets include piping, pipeline, pressure vessel, storage tanks, PSV, risers, conductors, etc.
