We are seeking to appoint an Asset Integration Manager for Track and Civil, working on the Beerburrum to Nambour project. As a member of the B2N Project Team, this role will see you providing leadership to ensure effective engineering capability and efficient delivery processes for the project (Design, Renewals, Implementation, Testing, and Commissioning). This role will support the successful delivery of the B2N project, integrating with broader operational and maintenance activities of Queensland Rail's Network business.

In addition to the above, you will:

• Lead the provision of expert track and civil engineering services
• Coach and support teams to effectively manage stakeholder relations and communicate with positive impact
• Provide guidance, as a professional engineer, for track and civil engineering works and monitor and manage compliance of the team
• Provide advice in areas such as closure planning, establishment of safeworking, and construction staging to help ensure the most efficient delivery strategy for B2N
• Collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders to obtain advice and guidance relating to track and civil initiatives

We are looking for a candidate who demonstrates:

• High level of skill in Design, Renewals, Implementation, Testing, and Commissioning of (HV Traction / Signalling / Track and Civil / Telecommunications) infrastructure
• High level of skill in leading and developing a team of professional engineers and technical officers
• High level of skill in delivering commercial advantage and outcomes
• High level of skill in meeting statutory, regulatory, and policy obligations, particularly in relation to safety, environment, contract processes, and human resource requirements
