Environmental Health and Safety Specialist

The successful candidate will drive consistent and continuous improvement in Environmental, Health and Safety practices at our facility. The EHS specialist will provide daily support to the site EHS leadership team and all employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting regular gap assessments, highlighting non-compliances and implementing corrective action plans
  • Implementing environmental health and safety policies, procedures and risk management strategies
  • Developing annual EHS work plans and KPIs
  • Facilitating incident investigations and risk assessments

Requirements for the role include a tertiary qualification in OHS or a related field, 3-5 years' experience in an EHS role and strong influencing and communication skills.
