Eligibility RequirementsTo be considered for our Graduate Development Program – Indigenous Affirmative Measure, you must be of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander heritage, an Australian citizen, and possess an Australian-recognised undergraduate qualification earned within the past five years. You will also need to provide confirmation of your heritage and meet additional eligibility criteria.
Program Overview- Our two-year graduate program features three eight-month rotations across different work areas, providing you with diverse experience within the department.
- Work placements are based on your skills, academic qualifications, and the department's portfolio responsibilities.
You will have access to tailored face-to-face development opportunities, including university-facilitated workshops and formal learning and development initiatives.
