Job Title: Product Manager

The Role of a Global Animal Health Technology and Services Company.

Our company is dedicated to advancing the world of veterinary medicine through innovation and customer service. Our technology solutions team is in an exciting growth phase with our SaaS cloud Practice Information Management System, leading the way in providing intuitive and user-friendly solutions for vet customers, pet owners, and pets.

We seek an experienced product manager to join our team on a permanent basis, key to delivering a market-leading veterinary-tech SaaS platform across regions. As part of a collective team with UX designers, QA, and engineers, you will identify problems worth solving, explore solutions, and ensure the right product gets built and delivered.

This role requires a strategic thinker with strong execution skills, a user-first mindset, and the ability to balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. You will join a product team with a clear list of priorities to deliver and focus through the whole design process.

Our exceptional product is disrupting the veterinary tech market in a positive way due to our unique product design.

Responsibilities:

  • Advocate for the needs and behaviors of veterinary staff, facilitate cross-functional discussions, and align them with our product strategy and vision.
  • Incorporate market and customer insights into product development and decision-making processes.
  • Assist product managers with sprint and feature work by defining feature scope, prioritizing backlogs, and ensuring internal teams are aware of updates.
  • Support knowledge sharing and training initiatives.

About You:

  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Information Technology, Product Management, or a related field.
  • Experience working within a collaborative team environment and a strong understanding of product discovery and delivery across product, UX, and engineering.
  • Passion for understanding customer needs and delivering customer-centric products.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to align diverse teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset, with comfort using data to support decisions.
