Key Responsibilities
  • Lead volunteer teams for membership and training
  • Drive planning, business development, and risk management
  • Champion recruitment, onboarding, and continuous development
  • Support community resilience initiatives against natural disasters
  • Represent emergency services in local and national forums
Requirements
  • Proven leadership and business planning experience
  • Strong understanding of emergency services and volunteer models
  • Experience in project management, training, and engagement
  • Australian legislation knowledge is highly desirable
