Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Junior Legal Assistant to join our National Work & Road team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our busy lawyers and ensuring seamless client service.

Our ideal candidate will have exceptional communication and customer service skills, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations. You will work closely with the lawyer and team to coordinate appointments, manage files, and communicate with clients, insurers, and other professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality administrative support to lawyers and team members
  • Coordinate appointments and manage client communications
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files
  • Assist in preparing reports and documents as required
Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills
  • A strong ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
