Job Title: Turbine Engine Specialist

Description:

Maintenance specialists with a focus on turbine engines play a vital role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of aircraft fleets. As a turbine engine specialist, your primary responsibility will be to maintain the safety and effectiveness of our turbine engines across the fleet.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert technical support for engine performance analysis, health monitoring, and troubleshooting.
  • Coordinate major repairs, overhauls, and engine exchanges to optimize engine life-cycle management.
  • Analyze ECTM data to identify trends and areas for improvement in engine performance.
  • Contribute to audits, vendor evaluations, and configuration decisions to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Support strategic decision-making regarding fleet cost optimization and life-cycle planning.
  • Promote best practices for turbine engine maintenance through knowledge sharing and collaboration.

Requirements:

  • ICAO License applicable to MAF-operated turbine engine aircraft (PT6A preferred).
  • Deep understanding of turbine engine performance, reliability, and maintenance procedures.
  • Significant hands-on experience with turbine engines in the field, with a strong track record of successful maintenance and repair.
  • Ability to work effectively in remote teams and communicate cross-culturally.
