We're seeking motivated Allied Health graduates to join our two-year graduate program in Albury. As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you'll be part of a supportive team of rehabilitation consultants working towards our goal.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate treatment and/or rehabilitation needs of workers with injuries or illnesses
  • Conduct assessments such as initial needs, workplace assessments, ergonomics and activities of daily living
  • Assess clients' future employment options by reviewing transferable skills, qualifications and interests
  • Manage cases to plan, coordinate and monitor progress toward return-to-work goals
  • Engage with key stakeholders to facilitate business objectives

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Hold a degree in Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology or Occupational Therapy
  • Be eligible for AHPRA or ESSA accreditation
  • Have graduated in the last 12 months or graduating in 2025
  • Obtain a current Working with Children Check and a clear pre-employment national criminal check
