Training Program Coordinator

At Viatris, we are seeking a highly skilled Training Facilitator to join our Quality Systems team on a 12-month parental leave contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining employee training programs, coordinating and administering training content, and supporting the training and development of employees to ensure compliance with GMP requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, enhance, implement, and maintain effective training programs to meet the requirements of the business.
  • Ensure accuracy and currency of training materials to provide reliable and accurate training resources.
  • Ensure timely completion of annual GMP training.
  • Track and report progress and competency of trainees and employees to ensure business awareness for scheduling of GxP tasks.
  • Take a proactive approach to departmental training needs, focusing on enabling and developing staff.
  • Support and encourage continuous improvement initiatives for the benefit of the business.
  • Identify and communicate training opportunities and improvements.
  • Ensure activities comply with GxP, legal, and ethical standards.
  • Plan, monitor, and achieve goals within set time frames.
  • Provide, build, and maintain consistent, reliable, and accurate customer service.
  • Presentation of a professional image.
  • Perform other duties as required by management.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications in Science or related are desirable but not essential.
  • Previous experience in a GMP environment.
  • Previous training experience is desirable.
  • Strong Good Documentation practices.
  • Excellent communication and organization skills.
  • Ability to establish and maintain relationships with peers, business contacts, and corporate management.
  • Ability to effectively manage time and meet deadlines and targets with competing and conflicting priorities under minimal supervision.
  • Ability to follow prescribed and detailed procedures to comply with GxP.
