Job Title: Training Facilitator

Description:

Viatris seeks a skilled Training Facilitator to join our Quality Systems team on a 12-month parental leave contract. The ideal candidate will maintain employee training programs, coordinate and administer training content, and support personnel training files to ensure compliance with GMP requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, enhance, implement, and maintain effective training programs.
  • Ensure accuracy and currency of training materials.
  • Track and report progress and competency of trainees and employees.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Identify and communicate training opportunities and improvements.
  • Ensure activities comply with GxP, legal, and ethical standards.
  • Plan, monitor, and achieve goals within set time frames.
  • Provide consistent and reliable customer service.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications in Science or related field (desirable but not essential).
  • Previous experience in a GMP environment.
  • Previous training experience (desirable).
  • Strong Good Documentation practices.
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills.
  • Ability to establish and maintain relationships with peers, business contacts, and corporate management.
  • Ability to effectively manage time and meet deadlines and targets with competing and conflicting priorities under minimal supervision.
  • Ability to follow prescribed and detailed procedures to comply with GxP.
