Job Opportunity

This role is focused on driving sustainable improvement in safety performance.

You will play a vital role in implementing health, safety, environment, and quality management systems at site level. Key areas of focus include:

  • Flying in and out of Perth with an 8 days on 6 days off roster working 12-hour days.
  • Providing specialist advice to facilitate compliance with our Quality, Health, Safety and Environment Management System, including food safety and support to operational teams.
  • Conducting risk assessments and developing procedures to ensure site-level compliance.
  • Leading incident investigations and implementing processes to report and investigate incidents promptly.
  • SUPPORTING return to work processes and conducting regular audits to maintain high standards.
  • Ensuring compliance with all legal, company, and client requirements.

The successful candidate will have:

  • A degree or diploma in Work Health and Safety, or Certificate IV minimum.
  • Qualifications in ICAM investigations and root cause analysis are desirable.
  • At least two years of experience in Health and Safety, Environmental, or similar fields.
  • A valid driver's license and food safety handling or supervisory experience are highly regarded.
  • Previous site-based HSEQ experience and strong communication skills are essential.
