About the Role

As our Agile Delivery Lead & Scrum Master, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver a cutting-edge enterprise-wide platform.

This strategic capability will empower future growth and seamlessly integrate into our existing ecosystem.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage end-to-end Agile project delivery, encompassing planning, backlog refinement, sprint management, scope, dependencies, risks, and milestone tracking.
  • Foster Agile ceremonies and workshops, and support Product Owners in defining goals, refining backlogs, and engaging key stakeholders.
  • Coach and guide teams towards self-organisation, collaboration, and continuous improvement, cultivating a high-performing and engaged delivery culture.
  • Align traditional delivery methods with Agile principles, driving cultural adoption through education, influence, and stakeholder collaboration.
  • Prepare and deliver executive updates and progress reports, including sprint burn-downs, risks, issues, and achievements.
About You

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven experience delivering enterprise programs and projects in dynamic environments.
  • Advanced proficiency in configuring and maintaining Agile tools.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks and methodologies, as well as Design Thinking and Human-Centred Design principles.
  • Skilled communicator and facilitator with the ability to energise teams, build strong relationships, and manage stakeholders.
