Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Graduate IT Assistant. This is an exceptional opportunity for a graduate eager to break into the technology industry.

The successful candidate will provide first-level technical support to internal end-users, resolving issues efficiently and effectively. They will also be responsible for fielding customer requests, ensuring excellent communication with customers, and performing onsite support tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first-level technical support to internal end-users

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant IT degree (e.g. IT management)
  • 1 Years' Service Desk experience (ideally)
  • Customer service experience
  • Experience in Microsoft Office
  • Experience in Windows 8/10
  • High attention to detail
  • Proven experience juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Technical curiosity and not afraid to challenge the status quo
  • Proactive and quick learner
  • Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
