About the OpportunityThis role is an exciting chance for someone with proven customer service skills within retail and/or warehousing environments.
Key Responsibilities- Building strong customer relationships and supporting the branch in day-to-day operations.
- In-store first point of contact for retail sales and enquiries, receiving and storing incoming goods.
- Order processing including point of sale and invoicing, picking and packing outgoing goods to customers and store transfers.
- General merchandising and stock presentation, assisting with stock control including inventory monitoring and stocktakes.
- Championing safety and compliance requirements, working as part of a team to achieve results.
You will have experience working in a retail sales and/or warehouse environment. A car license and/or forklift license (or willingness and ability to obtain) would be advantageous.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Point of Sale transactions.
- Written and verbal communication skills.
- Inventory/stock control.
- Use of forklift.
- Time management.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Effective interpersonal skills.
