About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Therapist to join our team at Humanity Health Group. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with individuals who face significant challenges in their lives, providing high-quality therapy and intervention to help them achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver evidence-based, practical, and tailored interventions for individuals or groups from teens to older adults
- Provide vocational intervention to increase a job seeker's work readiness, underpinned by work-focussed CBT
- Manage your own calendar to meet client expectations and workload
- Conduct mini-mental health training sessions on site for employment services staff
- Liaise with local health professionals and services as required
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key referrers and customers
About You
We are looking for a motivated and dedicated individual who is passionate about helping others. To be successful in this role, you will need:
- An approved Psychology degree with general/provisional or eligibility for provisional registration with AHPRA
- Experience working with individuals with a disability
- A passion for helping and assisting a diverse range of clients
- Evidence of completion of the NDIS mandatory orientation module
- High levels of verbal and written communication skills
- A satisfactory criminal record and working with children check (or state equivalent)
- A valid Australian Drivers License and access to own vehicle
