About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our team at Daikin, a global leader in air conditioning solutions. As a Service Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of our HVAC systems in residential and commercial premises.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system performance using testing and observation techniques.
  • Generate repair cost estimates and provide detailed explanations of service charges and work performed.
  • Repair or service units to ensure efficient operation, and recommend further action as needed.
  • Liaise with dealers, end users, and contractors to resolve issues and ensure satisfactory outcomes.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A valid related Trade Certificate or Qualification.
  • A valid Refrigerant Handling License.
  • A current Driver's License.
  • Strong technical background in HVAC with experience in maintenance and repair, preferably with Daikin products.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Well-developed problem-solving, teamwork, and communication skills.
