Senior Construction Project Leader

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a large-scale re-waterproofing and facade repair project in Waitara.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage daily on-site operations, ensuring all construction activities meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and timely delivery.
- Supervise tradespeople, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
- Conduct regular site inspections and enforce safety protocols in accordance with WHS regulations.
- Liaise with clients, project managers, and stakeholders to provide regular project updates.
- Identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the construction process.
- Maintain quality control and ensure compliance with building codes and company standards.
- Oversee facade and window refurbishment works, ensuring minimal disruption to occupants.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.
- Proven experience as a Site Manager in remedial, facade, or refurbishment projects.
- Strong understanding of facade and window refurbishment processes.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability with a proactive approach.
- Knowledge of WHS regulations and building codes.
- Supportive and dynamic work environment, autonomy to run your section.
