Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Manager to oversee a large scale re-waterproofing and facade repairs project in Waitara.

The successful candidate will have experience managing complex refurbishment projects, ensuring quality, safety and timely delivery.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily on-site operations, ensuring all construction activities are carried out to the highest standards.
  • Supervise trades, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
  • Conduct site inspections and enforce safety protocols in accordance with WHS regulations.
  • Liaise with clients, project managers, and stakeholders to provide regular updates.
  • Identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the construction process.
  • Maintain quality control and ensure compliance with building codes and company standards.
  • Oversee facade and window refurbishment works, ensuring minimal disruption to occupants.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Site Manager in remedial, facade or refurbishment projects.
  • Strong understanding of facade and window refurbishment processes.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving ability with a proactive approach.
  • Knowledge of WHS regulations and building codes.
  • Trade qualification or relevant construction management certification preferred.
