We are currently seeking an experienced professional to fill a challenging Service Manager position.

The successful candidate will lead a team of dedicated professionals in delivering exceptional care to residents, ensuring compliance with accreditation and care standards. Requirements

To be successful in this role, the candidate must possess leadership experience in aged care, health administration, or a similar field. A Registered Nurse or equivalent clinical qualification is also required, as well as a Postgraduate qualification in human resources, business, or quality management. The ideal candidate should demonstrate commitment to continuing education and professional development.
