About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at ENGIE. As a key member of our Digital Experience team, you will be responsible for driving online acquisition and retention strategies to achieve business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute digital sales strategies to drive online acquisition and retention leads
  • Optimize online performance through data-driven insights and conversion rate optimization
  • Design and implement online journeys to maximize conversion rates for ATL and BTL acquisition campaigns
  • Manage media strategies and agency relationships to ensure delivery of business outcomes
  • Lead and develop a Digital Co-ordinator to support the team's objectives
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Proven technical experience in digital sales strategy
  • Experience in a similar role in the services sector (advantageous but not required)
  • Ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels and influence commercial decisions
  • Sales and outcome-driven mindset
