About the Role

Culligan Australia is seeking a skilled Service Technician to join our team. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing service, repairs, and maintenance of filtered boiling and chilled water systems.

You will troubleshoot issues using service manuals, computerized diagnostics, and general technical experience. Your duties will include conducting diagnostics for repairs, liaising with Customer Care Coordinators, and maximizing sales opportunities.

We are looking for a professional and enthusiastic team player who can deliver exceptional customer service and resolve issues efficiently. If you have experience as a Service Technician in a similar field, a driver's license, and demonstrated fault-finding skills, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot using service manuals, computerized diagnostics, and general technical experience.
  • Conduct diagnostics for repairs and complete assessment for customers.
  • Liaise with Customer Care Coordinators to ensure jobs are completed and follow up on further appointments.
  • Maximize sales opportunities, including follow-up of quotes, new business development leads, and after-sales opportunities.
Requirements
  • Experienced Service Technician with experience in installations, repairs, service, and maintenance.
  • Experience in a similar field as a Service Technician - water, coffee, appliances, etc.
  • Driver's license.
  • Demonstrated experience in fault finding and diagnostics.
  • Enthusiastic team player who thrives on delivering exceptional customer service and can resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Able to manage time in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
