Project Manager Job Description

The SAP Academy For Services & Consulting is a graduate program designed to equip participants with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in customer-facing roles. As a project manager, you will be responsible for leading teams and overseeing the implementation of cloud or hybrid initiatives using the SAP Activate methodology.

This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks. You should have a master's degree or equivalent tertiary study experience, along with 0-3 years of work experience in customer-facing roles.

We are looking for a team player who can demonstrate excellent listening skills, empathy, and collaboration. If you are a resourceful self-starter with strong interpersonal skills, eager to learn, and interested in technology, innovation, and digital platforms, this could be the ideal opportunity for you.

Responsibilities and Tasks
  • Learns and understands the Customer Services & Delivery portfolio for respective solution areas and delivers according to service specifications.
  • Conducts job rotations relevant to the intended role with various teams within the business while meeting performance requirements.
  • Takes part in case studies, classroom, and self-paced learnings with a mix of technical and soft skill topics and on-the-job training.
  • Works on relevant projects that demonstrate communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong work ethic delivering high-quality outcomes.
  • Demonstrates problem-solving, time management, and communication skills through a range of activities during training and on-the-job rotations.
