The Role

As a Project Leader for Strategic Initiatives, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of complex projects that align with our client's operational and strategic goals.

Key Objectives

  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget
  • Manage project planning, scheduling, cost control, procurement, and risk management
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory, environmental, and safety standards

A successful candidate will have

  • Demonstrable experience in leading capital project portfolios
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Demonstrated project delivery skills necessary to initiate and lead project packages
