We are seeking a dedicated and passionate early childhood educator to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a floating capacity across all rooms, collaborating with a team of experienced colleagues to provide high-quality education and care to our students.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and cater for individual learner needs, providing an environment that promotes cognitive, physical, emotional, social, and intellectual wellbeing.
- Work closely with parents and colleagues to support the progress and development of children in your care.
- Contribute to the creation, development, and evaluation of curriculum.
- Stay informed about current trends, practices, and developments in early childhood education.
- Diploma of Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification.
- Up-to-date First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma management certifications.
- Current Working With Children Check (WWCC) - Employee.
- Mandatory Reporting for Early Years training (or willingness to undertake).
- Valid Right to Work in Australia documentation.
