Medical Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Medical Receptionist to join our team at Perth Radiological Clinic. As a Medical Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our clinics across the Perth Metropolitan area.
Key Responsibilities- Front Desk Operations: Greet patients, manage appointments, and maintain accurate records.
- Administrative Support: Handle accounts, banking, Medicare batching, and data entry with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Patient Care: Provide a high standard of patient care, safety, and confidentiality, ensuring a positive experience for all patients.
- General Administration: Process booking requests, answer internal phone calls, and direct as needed, maintaining a high level of professionalism and courtesy.
- Qualifications: Patient care focused, outstanding customer service qualities, and a high level of attention to detail.
- Skills: Good understanding of technology use, ability to work collaboratively within a team, valid driver's license, and reliable transport.
- Experience: Full Australian working rights and ability to provide a National Police Check dated within 6 months or willing to obtain.
