Product Development Manager

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development and delivery of innovative products. Your expertise in product management and development will enable you to make a tangible impact on our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define detailed product requirements and collaborate with cross-functional teams to create product concepts, prototypes, and solution designs.
  • Assess solution options for optimal delivery to business needs and ensure that all platforms and processes are developed and operational.
  • Collaborate with technical partners to deliver best-in-market products and capabilities to our customers.
  • Develop and maintain detailed internal product documentation, including service descriptions, user stories, decision-making rationale, IT specifications, user guides, fact sheets, etc.

What we're looking for in a candidate:

  • Proven experience in product management or product development, preferably in the telco and/or technology market.
  • Strong knowledge and expertise in managing all stages of the product lifecycle, including project management methodologies such as Agile, PMP, PRINCE2, and general project management skills.
  • Technical background with knowledge of network technologies and software development, coupled with exceptional influencing skills and strong written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to lead collaboratively across multiple cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes and drive change in complex business problems.

Preferred qualifications include mobility experience and degree qualification in engineering or business fields.
