Delivering high-quality interior refurbishment and construction projects across Australia for over 25 years, our team excels in various sectors. These include Education, Health, Government, Aged Care, Retail, Hotels & Hospitality, Fitness & Leisure, Transport, Services Infrastructure, and Commercial.
Key Responsibilities- Secure labor and sub-contractor services effectively.
- Manage financial tasks such as cash flow, profit maximization, variations, reporting, and administration with precision.
- Administer RFIs, EOTs, and variations to clients, consultants, and subcontractors efficiently.
- Prepare cost forecasts, monitor financial status, and prepare cash flow statements accurately.
- Effectively manage subcontracts and documentation throughout all phases of a project.
- Prepare scope preparation, tender and pricing schedules, comparative tender analysis, recommendations, timing, procurement, cost forecasting, subcontractor management, payment claims/schedules, variations processing, completion, and closeout with attention to detail.
- Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Building, Quantity Surveying or similar are required.
- Minimum three years' post-grad experience as a Contracts Administrator on large-scale construction projects is necessary.
- Strong knowledge of Melbourne's construction market and subcontractors is essential.
- Focused attention to detail and superior negotiation and communication skills are mandatory.
