Residential Aged Care Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Residential Service Manager to lead our team and drive operational performance while ensuring the delivery of safe and high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Leading and inspiring a committed care and support team to achieve exceptional outcomes in resident experience and compliance with aged care standards.
  • Driving a culture of respect, compassion, and continuous improvement by overseeing care governance and managing financial performance.
  • Building strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and the wider community through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Requirements for Success:
  • At least 2 years' management experience in residential aged care with a proven ability to balance care, compliance, and commercial outcomes.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to support, develop, and inspire your team through excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • A genuine passion for person-centred aged care and commitment to upholding the highest standards of care and service excellence.

  • Salary up to $150,000 base + 12% Superannuation.
