Senior Operations Leader
We are seeking a results-driven and collaborative Senior Operations Leader to oversee day-to-day operations at our North Street Store in Western Australia.
You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our take-away venue, creating an enjoyable experience for both our team and valued customers.
About the Role:
- Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the General Manager in managing all aspects of the restaurant's operations.
- Help recruit and train new staff.
- Work with the management team to implement strategies for exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and safety throughout the restaurant.
- Address customer concerns or complaints promptly and effectively.
- Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork and open communication among staff.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a hospitality setting.
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and highly organised to multitask effectively.
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and exceeding customer expectations.
