The Role:
We are currently looking for a dedicated Community Care Assistant. In this role, you will assist clients with their daily living activities, enabling them to lead independent and fulfilling lives. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting clients with daily household tasks
- Assisting with personal hygiene and care
- Providing support and companionship during outings
- Helping clients manage their medication, including the administration of prescribed medications
- Assisting with meal preparation and dining needs
Key Requirements:
- Completion of a Certificate III in Individual Support
- A minimum of one year of experience in a similar role
- NDIS Clearance, First Aid (valid for 3 years), CPR (valid for 12 months), and National Police Clearance - or a willingness to obtain these
- Comprehensive car insurance
- A reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
Shift Availability:
We offer flexible shifts tailored to your lifestyle:
- Client 1: Monday to Sunday, with morning and evening shifts available
- Client 2: Various shifts throughout the day and evening
