Valuation Graduate

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Valuation Graduate. As a graduate, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in valuation and work with a talented team of professionals.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking and assisting with professional property and valuation information consistent with legislation and policy. You will also participate in a 24-month graduate program with rotations across teams including Rating & Taxing, Objections, Compulsory Acquisitions, and Special Valuations. This will provide you with valuable experience and exposure to various aspects of valuation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Undertaking and assisting with professional property and valuation information consistent with legislation and policy
  • Participating in a 24-month graduate program with up to four six-month rotations across teams
  • Providing valuation support and advice to the Valuer General and government clusters
  • Gaining exposure to valuing every parcel of land in NSW and determining compensation for compulsory acquisitions
Required Skills and Qualifications:

For this role, we are looking for candidates who possess strong communication, relationship management, and stakeholder engagement skills. You should also have the ability to achieve quality outcomes efficiently and make decisions within delegation on valuation matters. Additionally, you must have knowledge of relevant legislation and policies and their application.
