Commercial Planning Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Planning Analyst to lead our data-driven strategy and automation efforts.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to design and drive frameworks that improve technician scheduling, asset planning, and commercial performance.

The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders across field teams, operations, finance, and senior leadership to embed analytics into everyday decision-making and deliver measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement frameworks to enhance technician scheduling, asset planning, and commercial performance
  • Build dashboards, automate workflows, and maintain ERP data integrity to ensure decisions are based on clean, reliable data
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders to standardize system configurations and make tools intuitive for schedulers, technicians, and admin teams
  • Support pricing and margin analytics, contribute to tender strategy, and deliver insights that directly affect profitability and service delivery
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in Business/Data Analysis or similar roles
  • Advanced Excel skills, strong SQL expertise, and Power BI experience
  • Hands-on experience with Power Apps and Power Automate
  • Proficiency in Python, particularly with pandas, numpy, and optimization libraries like Gurobi
  • Strategic problem-solving with commercial acumen
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and change management skills
  • Familiarity with field services (HVAC, fire, etc.) and pricing/tender strategy is a plus
