The Role

As a Junior Visual Merchandiser, you will play a crucial role in maintaining visual standards across the store, supporting the Senior VM Manager to implement merchandise layout changes and executing VM directives and campaigns. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Executing the VM and Creative strategy to align with the Brand's commercial objectives and drive sales and profit
  • Executing in-store creative concepts, including windows and mannequins, to drive the brand vision and deliver a world-class shopping experience
  • Educating the wider store team on maintaining visual merchandising standards
  • Working under the guidance and support of your Store Manager and overall team to achieve KPIs and targets

  • Previous retail experience within fashion retail, preferably
  • A customer-first mindset and a passion for creating a great customer experience

  • Strong attention to detail
  • A sense of urgency when completing tasks and a results-driven approach
  • Ability to adapt to change and work within a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to execute daily priorities in a timely manner
