The Role

As a Junior Visual Merchandiser, you will join our team in an entry-level role that allows you to grow and develop your skills and expertise as a Visual Merchandiser, while creating memorable customer experiences through inspirational visual displays.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute the Visual Merchandising and Creative strategy provided by the Senior Visual Merchandiser to align with the Brand's commercial objectives and drive sales and profit.
  • Implement in-store creative concepts, including windows and mannequins, to drive the brand vision and deliver a world-class shopping experience.
  • Educate the wider store team on maintaining visual merchandising standards.
  • Work under the guidance and support of your Store Manager and overall team to achieve KPIs and targets.

Requirements

  • Previous retail experience within fashion retail preferred.
  • A customer-first mindset and passion for creating a great customer experience.
  • Creative and a desire to learn new skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • A sense of urgency when completing tasks and results-driven.
  • Ability to adapt to change and work within a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent time management skills and ensure that daily priorities are executed in a timely manner.
