We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Audit Manager - Cyber Security to lead our cyber security audit function. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing the Internal Audit Cyber Security strategy, overseeing the planning, execution, and reporting of cyber security audits, and ensuring audits align with standards and deliverables meet quality requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Audit Leadership: Develop and implement the Internal Audit Cyber Security strategy; oversee the planning, execution, and reporting of cyber security audits; ensure audits align with standards and deliverables meet quality requirements.
- Reporting: Prepare and review detailed audit reports and presentations for management and executive leadership; provide recommendations and support for business objectives; prepare quarterly updates for the Audit & Finance Committee and support clearance meetings.
- Team Development: Build and lead a high-performing cyber security audit team; foster continuous improvement and collaboration; enhance auditing techniques and processes.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with senior management and executive committee members to support audit strategy; maintain strong relationships with Cyber Security Leadership and external stakeholders; influence and drive positive change.
- Operational Excellence: Monitor strategic initiatives, stay updated on industry trends, and champion digital auditing techniques to improve audit efficiency and reduce cycle times.
- People Management: Manage and develop junior auditors; optimize staff utilization; oversee recruitment and support professional growth within the team.
