Court Operations Manager

As a Court Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the Court Assessment & Prosecutions Service (CAPS). This includes ensuring timely reporting of service activities and providing specialist advice to staff and stakeholders.
The role involves managing workload distribution to meet service demands, supporting staff, and facilitating team-based coaching to strengthen practice and promote continuous improvement.
Key requirements include experience in leading and developing teams, stakeholder management skills, and an understanding of court processes and sentencing principles. A relevant qualification in social work, human services, or criminology with experience in a related field is also desirable.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage CAPS operations to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Provide specialist advice to staff and stakeholders on court processes and sentencing principles.
- Develop and implement effective coaching strategies to improve staff performance.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve service goals and objectives.
