Job Responsibilities- Lead and develop a high-performing team to achieve business objectives
- Ensure safety is a top priority for the team and customers by following correct processes
- Develop and implement strategies to improve department performance and customer satisfaction
Additional responsibilities include:
Key Accountabilities- Engage and role-model ways to delight our customers through everyday actions
- Work closely with the store leadership team and team members to ensure we provide our customers with a great shopping experience and our team with a great place to work
