  • Operate 14t+ smooth drum and padfoot rollers to compact various surfaces.
  • Maintain accurate plant logbooks and perform equipment maintenance.
  • Assist in spotting heavy machinery, including excavators.
  • Engage in trench digging and work in areas inaccessible to larger equipment.
  • Utilize power tools such as grinders, jackhammers, and powersaws.
  • Perform general housekeeping and site maintenance duties.
