Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary team in a Residential Aged Care setting. As a valued member of our team, you will provide tailored, evidence-based treatment to our clients and contribute to our award-winning Plena Care Pathway.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a supportive team and make a real difference in the lives of our residents.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy and current AHPRA registration. You will be responsible for performing detailed assessments and providing clinical recommendations, as well as implementing falls prevention strategies and managing pain, joint health, and pressure care.

You will also work closely with other healthcare professionals to develop personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform detailed assessments and provide clinical recommendations
  • Implement falls prevention strategies and manage pain, joint health, and pressure care
  • Support residents with mobility, transfers, daily living tasks, and equipment needs
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy
  • Current AHPRA registration
  • Valid Australian working rights
  • Willingness to obtain NDIS Worker Screening and a National Police Check
