Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement practical reliability programs to enhance asset performance and reduce downtime.
  • Collaborate with site-based maintenance and operational teams to identify and solve reliability and maintenance operations issues in real-time.
  • Analyze data to drive improvements in maintenance planning, execution, and asset management.
  • Establish and embed a robust reliability culture across teams.
  • Monitor equipment performance, root cause analysis, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in Mechanical Engineering or relevant trade background.
  • Previous experience in a reliability, maintenance, or asset management role within the mining or heavy equipment sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • A practical, hands-on approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed recommendations for improvement.
