Job Description:

This role involves the supervision of contractual relationships to ensure high-standard outcomes in defined areas. The ideal candidate will foster collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Maintain strong working relationships with key service providers, promoting effective contract management.
  • Foster partnerships across the region to facilitate comprehensive service provision.
  • Oversee contractual agreements between service providers and the Country SA PHN, ensuring sustainability, governance, and compliance with relevant policies and guidelines.
  • Support the development and implementation of new contracts, focusing on performance monitoring and desired outcomes.
  • Collaborate in tender processes, including documentation review, submission assessment, and recommendation provision.
