Senior Portfolio Director

We are seeking a visionary leader to head the Portfolio Coordination Office within the Games Infrastructure division.

  • To drive portfolio governance, quality assurance, and stakeholder engagement to support delivery of the 2032 Delivery Plan.

About The Role

As Senior Director, you will lead the Portfolio Coordination Office, overseeing governance, reporting, risk, stakeholder engagement, legal advisory, and scheduling functions.

Your leadership will drive the development and implementation of portfolio control frameworks, quality assurance systems, and strategic engagement plans.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead portfolio management coordination and reporting for the Games Infrastructure delivery program.
  2. Develop and implement portfolio controls, systems, and frameworks to assure quality outcomes.
  3. Coordinate governance and stakeholder engagement across government and Games partners.
  4. Lead stakeholder and industry engagement for DSDIP-led delivery programs.
  5. Prepare submissions to government, including delivery program reporting, investment proposals, and capital appropriation.
  6. Support Venues and Villages teams with business functions such as procurement, budget management, correspondence, and legal services.
