We are seeking an experienced and proactive accountant to manage a portfolio of self-managed super fund clients and ensure compliance with all aspects of SMSF administration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of SMSF clients
  • Ensure adherence to SMSF regulations and legislative requirements
  • Liaise effectively with clients, auditors, and stakeholders to provide a professional client experience
  • Collaborate closely with senior professionals to enhance leadership skills and technical expertise

This is an exciting opportunity for a senior accountant looking to take on more responsibility and autonomy while continuing to grow their technical expertise in SMSF accounting processes and client service.

Requirements:
  • 4+ years of practical experience in accounting and tax compliance for SMSF clients
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
  • Solid working knowledge of SMSF legislation and compliance, with experience in preparing SMSF accounts and tax returns
  • Proficiency with financial software, including BGL360, and familiarity with SMSF Class administration software desirable
