IT Professional with Advanced Caseflow Development Skills


Job Description:

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled IT professional to join its Digital Legal Services team. This exciting opportunity offers technical leadership and automation expertise in a cohesive, team-oriented environment.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical lead and advocate for Caseflow development
  • Engage with stakeholders to create and improve Caseflow processes
  • Critically assess and reverse engineer business processes
  • Document and publish Caseflow developed solutions
  • Maintain precedents and templates
  • Create and maintain Caseflow SSRS reporting
  • Manage Caseflow user licenses
  • Train and assist Caseflow users
  • Liaise with vendors as required

Ideal Attributes:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a law firm or similar environment
  • Advanced Caseflow Development skills
  • Solid understanding of different areas of law
  • Deep understanding critical thinking and attention to detail
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to stay on top of administration tasks and maintain good organization
