We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead to join our team in the North of Tasmania. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide clinical leadership and expertise in child and youth mental health services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-level clinical leadership to the team, including complex case management, assessment, and individual therapies.
- Develop and implement specialized treatment programs for children, young people, and their families.
- Work collaboratively with innovative team leaders and consultant psychiatrists to develop new child and youth mental health services in Tasmania.
- Lead and work with a diverse group of clinicians, providing support and consultation as needed.
- Satisfactory completion of an appropriate allied health professional course of study at a recognized tertiary institution and registered with the relevant Board or eligible for membership of the relevant professional association.
- Current Working with Children Registration.
- A minimum of 3 years current postgraduate experience in child, adolescent, and/or youth mental health or relevant field.
- Training in relevant and appropriate evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Family Therapy, or Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
- Current Driver's Licence.
