Aged Care Professional Opportunities
We are seeking experienced individuals to provide exceptional care and support to our residents. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in aged care, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive support to residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Verify accuracy of care records on a regular basis, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Ensure family members are informed of any issues or concerns affecting their loved ones.
- Administer medication as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
- Foster positive relationships with residents through active listening and personal connections.
- Provide safety and medical assistance as needed.
- Organize and lead group and individual activities to promote social interaction and engagement.
Requirements:
- Aged care experience, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Capacity to lift and move residents safely, if required.
