Banking Consultant

We're seeking a skilled Banking Consultant to join our Retail Banking team. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and shaping the future of banking.
As a Banking Consultant, you'll be responsible for providing customers with seamless banking experiences, meeting their end-to-end financial needs, and educating them on available financial solutions. You'll have the knowledge to complete customer transactions, engage in needs-based conversations, and fulfill products as per your accreditation level.
We're looking for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality customer service, has excellent communication skills, and is able to work effectively in a team environment. If you're a proactive, adaptable, and technology-savvy individual who is eager to learn and grow, we'd love to hear from you.
